underwhelming stay
musty room inoperative shuttle
The room smelled musty. The floor carpet felt damp and unclean. i asked for extra towels, but it took hours and several calls to reception before i received them. plus, the advertised airport shuttle wasn't running , forcing me to pay for an expensive taxi at 4 a.m.

inconvenient policy key malfunction
the breakfast buffet had a good variety.
the elevator keys stopped working . the reception staff said i wasn't supposed to carry the keys in my wallet or near my phone, which has never been a problem at other hotels. this policy was quite inconvenient, and the initial issue with the keys was frustrating.

convenient location super clean room complimentary water prompt assistance
the location proved very convenient near transport links. the room was super clean with efficient air conditioning. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided daily. the staff assisted promptly with taxi arrangements for airport transfers.
the bathroom was a bit small, and the space felt limited.

the check-in process was smooth, and the front office staff were very helpful. one staff member stood out for their kindness and warm welcome. i am grateful for the professional service received .

buffet variety kind staff sustainability focus
the breakfast buffet had great variety with local and western choices. the staff were kind. i particularly enjoyed that the hotel takes sustainability seriously, which aligns with my values.
the room windows faced each other. there was only a blind, it offered little privacy during the day.
